I'm Marty Weinhous and have a PhD in experimental atomic physics and am board-certified in Radiation Therapy Medical Physics. Plus, I've been a university professor having taught everything from basic physics to directing and teaching graduate courses in medical physics. Additionally, I have a lot of real-world experience in various do-it-yourself projects, product evaluation, and related problem solving.
I've created this website for several reasons:
First, I'm a teacher at heart. So I'll use this site to freely share the wealth of information I've acquired over my eight-plus decades.
Second, there are so many people who have helped me along the way and they deserve acknowledgements and will have them here.
Third, I've always felt that it's important to give back.
Fourth, I hope that this site will be a way for people to remember me.

Explains how I developed these webpages & podcasts - just in case you want to build your own.
